Carrickfergus Show Results 2008

Here is a list of results for Redhall Riding Club’s popular Carrickfergus Show which was held on Saturday 5 July at Knockaghview Equestrian Centre, Greenisland.

Unfortunately it was a very wet day but despite this there was still a large entry in many of the classes. The move to Knockaghview proved a good decision as the ground held up well, albeit with some moving of jumps between classes and the ridden horse classes were moved to the indoor school to avoid the worst of the weather.

The Club would like to thank all the judges, scribes, and stewards who worked very hard in trying conditions to record these results. We would also like to thank the sponsors who contributed to the prizes and rosettes and to the Wilson family for stepping in and making Knockaghview EC available to the Club to run the show.

Finally we would like to thank all the competitors for supporting us despite the weather and to all our club members who helped with organisation, setting up of the show and with the clearing up afterwards.
